Exchange Policy

Changed your mind? We got you — within 30 days of delivery. Just email us first before sending anything back. Reminder: return shipping is on you. Read that again.

Changes to Orders

We move fast. Like already packing your order while you’re still browsing fast. That means once you check out, it’s locked. Double-check your cart before you hit “Buy.”

Shipping Notes

Once we drop your package off with USPS, it’s in their hands — not ours. We’ll send you tracking, but for lost mail, delayed scans, or wandering packages, holler at your local post office.

Domestic Shipping

We usually ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Most U.S. orders land in your hands within 2–4 days after that. Fast, smooth, and no funny business.

International Shipping

Not yet — but we’re coming for the globe. Stay ready.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking says “delivered” but your mailbox says otherwise, check with your neighbors, building manager, or mail carrier. Still nothing? Contact USPS directly. But reach out to us, too — we’ll do what we can on our end.

Sizing Details

Every product page includes a size chart. Read it, measure it, trust it. If you order the wrong size, we’ll still help with an exchange — but the return trip’s on you.

Care Instructions

Wash cold. Dry low. Flip inside out. No bleach, no wild settings. Treat your fit right and it’ll stay loud and proud for the long haul.

My Item Arrived Damaged

That’s not our vibe. Send us a photo and your order number — we’ll fix it, no questions asked.
